Terms of Service

1. Provision of Event Production Services

These Terms of Service govern the provision of event production services by Starfest Productions, LLC, including planning, staging, technical production, and on-site event support. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that event outcomes depend on multiple variables such as venue conditions, third-party vendors, scheduling constraints, and attendee participation. Starfest Productions, LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality service, but specific attendance, revenue, or publicity outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

2. Project Timelines and Execution

Starfest Productions, LLC operates according to defined project scopes and production timelines. Clients agree to provide required approvals, venue details, access credentials, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in client responses or third-party dependencies may affect timelines and delivery schedules.

3. Financial Terms and Service Fees

Clients agree to pay service fees and deposits as outlined in their signed agreement with Starfest Productions, LLC. Third-party costs, including venue fees, permits, rentals, talent, and vendor invoices, are separate from production service fees unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to make payments by due dates may result in paused work or cancellation of services.

4. Intellectual Property and Creative Assets

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their event unless otherwise defined in writing. Starfest Productions, LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and proprietary production processes. We may reference completed projects in portfolios unless restricted by a signed confidentiality agreement.

5. Termination of Services

Service terms and cancellation conditions are governed by the client agreement with Starfest Productions, LLC. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees for work completed, reserved resources, and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable. Upon termination, final handoff materials will be provided subject to full payment of outstanding balances.
